Ned Farrell earned his degree in Philosophy at St. Bonaventure University, and then lived in Paraguay, South America, where he worked as a beekeeper for the Peace Corps.

Anartica- The White Continent? presented by Kathy Olson

In January of 2007 Kathy Olson had the good fortune to venture to Antarctica on a Linblad Expedition aboard the National Geographic Endeavor ship with about 100 other passengers.  Her exciting journey began at the “End of the World” in Ushuaia Argentina. Traveling for nine days with National Geographic guides and scientists visiting many islands and the mainland, hiking the landscapes, hanging out with the penguins, adventuring with researchers, exploring the undersea, kayaking and going by Zodiac where few have gone before.
